3 cloves Garlic sliced finely
4 Shallot sliced finely
8 Birdseye chillies sliced finely
1 tsp. Shrimp paste grilled
2 tbs. Virgin coconut oil
2 Kaffir / fragrant lime leaves sliced finely
1 stalk Lemongrass white part sliced finely
1 Limau Lime Juice
1 tsp. Salt
Heat the oil, saute the chili until fragrant. Lift.
Mix the shrimp paste, garlic, onion, lime leaves, lemon grass, salt and lime juice. Mix well.
